City: Konjic

At the trial for crimes in Trusina, near Konjic, the Defence of indictee Nihad Bojadzic includes, as material evidence in the case file, statements given by about 20 State Prosecution witnesses during the investigation.

As the trial for Trusina crimes continues, the Defence of Nihad Bojadzic, one of the indictees, includes about 50 documents related to the lawfulness of the State Prosecution’s investigation as material evidence in the case file.

During the continuation of the trial for crimes committed in Trusina on April 16, 1993 the Defence of indictee Nihad Bojadzic presents material evidence in order to determine the relations between the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, and Croatian Defence Council, HVO.

Nihad Bojadzic's Defence presented praises that that the defendant had received in the war and post-war period as evidence at the trial for crimes in Trusina (municipality of Konjic).
