The Defence of Nihad Bojadzic, one of the indictees for Trusina crimes, includes, in the case file, documents related to credibility of protected witnesses.

Also, the Defence presented in the courtroom some documents issued by the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, pertaining to combat activities in the Konjic area in April 1993.

Bojadzic is on trial, along with Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin and Nedzad Hodzic, former members of “Zulfikar” Unit of ABiH, and Senad Hakalovic, former member of “Neretvica” Brigade of ABiH, for having committed crimes in Trusina on April 16, 1993.

According to the charges, 18 civilians and four members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, who had previously surrendered, were killed in the ABiH attack on Trusina.

Bojadzic’s Defence is due to continue presenting its material evidence on July 21.
