The hearing, which was scheduled for 9 a.m., was postponed, because Dusko Tomic, Zilic’s legal counselor, “misread the invitation”, so he thought the hearing was scheduled for noon.

Although the Trial Chamber decided that the hearing would be held at 12 noon due to witness Zilic’s travel costs, the hearing was postponed again.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, charges Ibro Macic, former member of the Army of BiH, with having participated in the torture and sexual abuse of prisoners in “Musala” school building in Konjic from April to October 1993.

The trial continuation date will be set at a later stage.

The Balkan Investigative Reporting Network of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BIRN BiH, the “Forgotten Children of War” Association, and the Srebrenica Memorial Centre presented a Database of Judicially Established Facts about the War and a handbook, How to Learn ad Teach about the War in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a tool for educating young people, combatting denial and relativization of verdicts, and building peace and mutual understanding.
