During the continuation of the trial for crimes committed in Trusina on April 16, 1993 the Defence of indictee Nihad Bojadzic presents material evidence in order to determine the relations between the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, and Croatian Defence Council, HVO.

The presented pieces of evidence included a few documents issued by the Headquarters of the Supreme Command of ABiH, containing information about the combat activities in April 1993.
 
The Defence said that the evidence were relevant for determining the combat situation in BiH and the relations between the ABiH and HVO.

Bojadzic is on trial, along with Mensur Memic, Dzevad Salcin and Nedzad Hodzic, former members of “Zulfikar” Squad, as well as Senad Hakalovic, former member of “Neretvica” Brigade of ABiH, for crimes in Trusina on April 16, 1993.

According to the charges, 18 civilians and four members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, who had previously surrendered, were killed in the ABiH attack on Trusina. 

The trial is due to continue on August 25.
