Testifying at the trial of five former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH, a Defence witness denies the allegation that he was with indictee Nihad Bojadzic on the territory of Trusina village, Konjic municipality, when crimes were committed there.

Defence lawyers for Nihad Bojadzic, former deputy commander of the Bosnian Armys Zulfikar Squad, accused of a deadly attack on the village of Trusina, claimed the judges were biased.

The defence for former Bosnian Army soldier Edin Dzeko, charged with executing six Croats in 1993, said that witnesses who accused him of the killings were lying to avoid prosecution.
