The Bosnian state prosecution has requested that former Croat fighter Indira Kameric be found guilty for crimes she allegedly committed in the Bosanski Brod area in 1992.
The trial of Mato Condric will begin on February 18, as per a decision made at todays status conference held at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Condric has been charged with rape and the abuse of civilians in Bosanski Brod during the Bosnian war.
In his closing arguments, the defense of former Bosnian Croat fighter Josip Tolic asked the court to acquit him of charges of crimes committed against civilians in Odzak and Bosanski Brod during the Bosnian war. The verdict will be handed down on March 6.
Presenting its closing statement, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, requests that Josip Tolic be pronounced guilty of crimes committed in Bosanski Brod and Odzak from May to October 1992.
The State Prosecution has charged Ante Golubovic and Jurica Bozic, former members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, with having committed murders, rape and mistreatment of Serb civilians in Odzak and Brod in 1992.
