The trial of Fadil Dajic and Vahid Hadrovic for crimes in Kakanj continues with the presentation of Prosecution’s material evidence before the Cantonal Court in Zenica.

As the trial continues before the Cantonal Court in Zenica, a Prosecution witness says that he saw the body of killed Sekula Poletan in June 1993 and that he was told that a man nicknamed Dedo had killed him.

Testifying before the Cantonal Court in Zenica, a Prosecution witness says that he saw indictee Vahid Hadrovic hitting a civilian, whom indictee Fadil Dajic, known as Dedo, then killed in Kakanj in 1993.

The beginning of trial of Fadil Dajic and Vahid Hadrovic, who are charged with crimes in Kakanj, has been postponed until October 22, because indictee Dajic announced that he would seek to conclude a guilt admission agreement with the Cantonal Prosecution in Zenica.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina returns the case against Fadil Dajic and Vahid Hadrovic, who are charged with crimes in Kakanj, to the Cantonal Court in Zenica seeing it as a competent court in this case.
