The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has postponed its decision on a plea deal reached between the Prosecution and indictee Enes Handzic in order to further review certain issues, including a new document that has been submitted to the Trial Chamber.

Enes Handzic, who is charged with crimes committed in Bugojno, has concluded a guilt admission agreement with the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina that will now be reviewed by the court.
