Prosecutor Amra Ahmetlic presented evidence confirming that police forces were part of “the armed forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina.”

The defense requested that witness Jozo Jozinovic be reexamined. Defense attorney Vasvije Vidovic requested that the public be excluded during the examination of another witness, who had requested protection measures.

Trial chamber chair Nermin Tesnjak said the defense’s request was approved. He said the examination of the witness would take place on March 14, when closing statements would also be presented.

Hadrovic has been charged with participating in the murder of a Serb civilian in Plandiste on June 9, 1993. Under a first instance verdict handed down by the cantonal court, he and Fadil Dajic were found guilty and sentenced to ten years in prison.

The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina revoked the verdict and ordered a retrial. The proceedings against Dajic were separated due to his poor health.
