According to the charges, Muhko and Safet Velagic participated in beating the prisoners at the Crnici cemetery, near Bugojno, in July 1993.

Mario Zrno, a captured member of the Croatian Defence Council, died due to injuries caused by the beating.

Neither the defendants nor their lawyers attended the hearing, so the presiding judge said it was not necessary to provide an explanation of the verdict.

The verdict can be appealed at the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
