The Prosecutors Office alleges that while searching the houses for illegal weapons in Plandiste, Dajic, a former member of the Army of RBiH, and Hadrovic, a former policeman, killed one Serb civilian.
As alleged, the townsman welcomed the accused at the door and invited them inside to have coffee, and Hadrovic and Dajic abused him, first verbally and thereafter physically.
Hadrovic beat him up causing facial fractures, whereafter Dajic killed him by firing 5 to 6 bullets, it is alleged in the indictment.
The Cantonal Court in Zenica, which received the indictment for confirmation, declined jurisdiction and the case will be forwarded to the Court of BiH.
