City: Bugojno


30. June 2010.
Senad Alkic, former Assistant Commander for Operational Affairs with the 307th Motorized Brigade of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, says Croat detainees were held in various buildings in Bugojno, but the issue was not discussed at Brigade management meetings.

4. June 2010.
Edin Corhusic, testifying for the Defence of the third indictee at the trial for crimes committed against Croats from Bugojno, says that Enes Handzic issued warrants ordering people to be apprehended and held in detention camps.


6. May 2010.
After questioning more than 15 witnesses, the State Prosecution completes its evidence presentation in the case of Alija Osmic, a former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, accused of committing crimes against Croat civilians in Bugojno. The Defence is due to examine its first witnesses on Thursday, May 6.

On the second day of his testimony at the trial of four indictees charged with crimes committed in Bugojno, Selmo Cikotic says he conceded responsibility for prisoners-of-war to the civil authorities in Bugojno, "as per an instruction issued by General Rasim Delic".

Alija Osmic, a former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, pleads not guilty to the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina's charges that he committed crimes in Bugojno.
