The second trial for crimes committed at Koricanske stijene begins with the reading of the indictment and presentation of introductory arguments by the State Prosecution and the Defence of the five indictees before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Defence of indictee Branko Topola files a motion with the Trial Chamber, asking it to "reconsider the justifiability of the custody order" and release its client.

The State Court confirms an indictment against three men from Prijedor, who are charged with participation in the murder of about 200 civilians at Koricanske stijene in August 1992. Petar Civcic, Marinko Ljepoja and Branko Topola are charged with participating in, together with with other members of the Police Interventions Squad and police from Prijedor, and helping to organise and escort the convoy of people moving from Prijedor to Travnik on August 21, 1992.

The State Court confirms one more indictment for the crime committed on Mount Vlasic in the summer of 1992.
