The district court of Eastern Sarajevo ordered a new expert evaluation of the injured party at the trial of three defendants charged with crimes Rogatica. According to the charges, the injured party was wounded and his father was killed by the defendants.

Testifying at the trial of three Bosnian Serb fighters charged with crimes in Rogatica, a protected state prosecution witness said she was raped along with a protected witness known as S3 near a church house in June 1992. S3 was a minor at the time. The witness also said a protected witness known as N1 was raped on the same night.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the Marijan Brnjic trial recognized the defendant in the courtroom and said he raped her in Posavska Mahala in the municipality of Odzak in 1992.

The state prosecution filed an indictment against former fighters Miroslav Hrstic, Ivan Medic, Miljenko Nogolica and Tonco Raic for crimes against Serb victims in the Dretelj detention camp in 1992.

Mehmed Alesevic, charged with crimes in Buzim, failed to appear at a status conference held today before the state court. According to the defense, he was admitted to a psychiatric hospital in Slovenia due to his poor mental health.

Next week the Bosnian state court will consider a guilt admission agreement reached with Dario Slavuljica. Slavuljica has been charged with crimes committed in the Teslic area in 1992.

The trial of Ibro Merkez, Predrag Bogunic and Esef Huric for crimes against Serb civilians in Gorazde will open on March 24.

The state court scheduled the start of the Sakib Mahmuljin trial for Wednesday, March 23. Mahmuljin, the former commander of the Third Corps of the Bosnian Army, has been charged with crimes in the Vozuca area of the municipality of Zavidovici.

Defense witnesses testifying at the Dragan Glogovac trial said they didn’t see civilians in the Franjo Herljevic hunting lodge. Glogovac has been charged with crimes in the Zavidovici area.
