The district court of Eastern Sarajevo accepted a proposal by the defense to order a new expert examination of the injured party at the trial of Dragisa Cacic, Milenko Cacic and Vojo Motika. The defendants have been charged with war crimes in Rogatica.

Next week the state prosecution will present its closing statements in two war crimes cases, one in Sarajevo and the other in Bijeljina.

The presentation of evidence at the Radoman Fundip trial was completed with the examination of defense and state prosecution witnesses. Foca has been charged with war crimes in Foca in 1992.

A forensic expert testified at the trial of six former members of the Bosnian Serb military and police forces charged with war crimes in Teslic. The expert said she examined 28 mortal remains in Bebe on Mount Borje and found injuries on them, indicating that they died violent deaths.

The district prosecution of Eastern Sarajevo included about 20 pieces of material evidence at the Igor Milosevic trial. Milosevic has been charged with the murder of civilians in the Trnovo area in 1995.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of Rade Vlasenko, Mitar Vlasenko and Drago Koncar said he was abducted from the basement of his family home and taken to a house owned by Mitar Vlasenko’s parents in May 1992.

Milos Stupar, a witness in the Goran Saric trial, said he didn’t see the defendant in Bratunac and Zvornik on July 13, 1995, or past July 15, 1995. He said he didn’t communicate with Saric in any way during that period of time. In 2010, the state court acquitted Stupar of charges of genocide in Srebrenica under a second instance verdict.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of fourteen former members of Bosnian Serb military and police forces said his father was ordered to leave his home during a search in the village of Zecovi, near Prijedor. The witness said his father was never seen alive again.

The first witnesses to testify in defense of Momir Tomas said he was wounded in late November 1992, on the date of his alleged crimes. Tomas has been charged with war crimes in the Hadzici area.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of Goran Mrdja, Milorad Mrdja and Mile Kokot said Goran Mrdja killed her husband in their home in Gorice in the municipality of Sanski Most.
