The state court ordered a medical examination of Mirko Bunoza’s ability to stand trial. Bunoza, charged with war crimes in Trnovo, has failed to appear at trial hearings due to his allegedly poor health.
A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of nine former members of Bosnian Serb military and police forces said he participated in escorting a group of prisoners to the village of Lokanj in the municipality of Zvornik, where he saw defendant Goran Maksimovic.

The state prosecution presented its closing statement at the Radoman Fundup trial. The state prosecution called for a guilty verdict in the case, while the defense called for an acquittal. The verdict has been scheduled for December 11. Fundup has been charged with war crimes committed in Foca in 1992.
Three witnesses testified for the district prosecution of Eastern Sarajevo at the trial of four former members of the Bosnian Army. The witnesses said a group of people who had been captured at Trovrh in the municipality of Gorazde were brought into the Gorazde police station. The witnesses, who were being held in custody at the police station, said the Trovrh captives were beaten.
The state prosecution has filed an indictment against Krsto Dostic, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, on suspicion of having raped a woman several times in the Foca area in 1992.
The trial of Zarija Ostojic began again with a reading of the indictment and the presentation of introductory statements by the district prosecution of Eastern Sarajevo. The trial proceedings were restarted because Ostojic’s defense attorney had been replaced.
The state prosecution has filed an indictment against Branislav Gavranovic, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, charging him with crimes in the municipality of Prijedor in August 1992.
