Presiding judge Zinaida Husic said one of the witnesses had informed the court he wouldn’t be able to come because he was sick, while the two other witnesses hadn’t been properly informed about the hearing.

Husic said the prosecution included three pieces of material evidence in the case file. They included photo documentation made in the Susica detention camp in 2008.

Zarije Ostojic, a former member of reserve police forces with the Special Unit of the public safety station (SJB) in Vlasenica, has been charged with participating in the beating of civilians in the Susica detention camp during the summer of 1992.

The trial will continue on March 7.
