“An autopsy report from 2011 says that the whole head and neck vertebras were missing. It was noticed that the ribs were decayed, so we cannot speak about injuries with certainty. It is clear that the upper arm fracture, accompanied by extrusion of bone samples, was caused by a projectile,” Zujo explained.

Acting on a request by the District Prosecution in Eastern Sarajevo, the court expert examined Meho Dzananovic, son of the killed Midhat, and determined that he had a scar of the size of a rice grain on his back.

By making additional scans and examinations, he determined that a foreign metal object was located inside his chest.
When asked by the Defence of indictee Dragisa Cacic to describe the metal object, the court expert was not able to give a precise answer.

According to the charges, Dragisa Cacic, Milenko Cacic and Vojo Motika, former members of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, killed one person and wounded a child in the vicinity of Starcici village in Rogatica on August 8, 1992.

Court expert Alma Bravo-Mehmedbasic was due to present her findings and opinion at this hearing, but she was not able to appear in court due to justified reasons.

She should appear on July 8, when the Prosecution will present its material evidence too.
