State Prosecution witnesses say at the trial of Goran Saric, who is charged with crimes in Sarajevo, that they transported their Bosniaks neighbours from Nahorevo to the division line and a prison in Vogosca.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina files a motion to the Court requesting a three-month custody extension for Branko Vlaco, who is suspected of crimes against Bosniaks and Croats in the Vogosca area in 1992. The Defence objects to the motion.

Following an international warrant and his extradition to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the State Court, acting upon the request of the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ordered one-month custody for Branko Vlaco, who is suspected of war crimes in Vogosca in 1992.
As the reasons for the custody, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina cited the danger of escape, and the impact on witnesses.
