Former United Nations peace envoy Yasushi Akashi told Ratko Mladic’s war crimes trial that the Bosnian government did not want a permanent ceasefire in 1994 and 1995, unlike the Serbs.
Defence military expert Mitar Kovac admitted at Ratko Mladic’s trial at the Hague Tribunal that Serb forces committed a ‘massive crime’ against Bosniaks from Srebrenica in July 1995.

Military expert Bozidar Forca testified at the trial of Ostoja Stanisic and Marko Milosevic, former members of the Bosnian Serb Army who’ve been charged with genocide in Srebrenica. Forca said the defendants were not ordered to capture, kill or bury captives in the municipality of Zvornik in 1995.
Milos Stupar, a witness in the Goran Saric trial, said he didn’t see the defendant in Bratunac and Zvornik on July 13, 1995, or past July 15, 1995. He said he didn’t communicate with Saric in any way during that period of time. In 2010, the state court acquitted Stupar of charges of genocide in Srebrenica under a second instance verdict.
Lawyers for former Bosnian Army general Naser Oric asked the Hague Tribunal to order Bosnia to halt war crimes proceedings against him because he has already been acquitted of the charges.
