During the trial of four indictees, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, a State Prosecution witness speaks about the establishment of “a death squad”, which, as he heard, participated in the killing of Bosniak captives in July 1995.
Protected witness S-124, former member of the Police Training Centre on Mount Jahorina, said that he was deployed, along with other members of the Center, on the road leading from Konjevic polje to Bratunac in July 1995, when they sought volunteers for transferring ammunition.

Testifying at the trial of four indictees who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, a protected State Prosecution witness says that, during the capture of Bosniak men, two of them were killed on the side of the road leading from Konjevic polje to Bratunac.

A former Hague Prosecution investigator says at the trial for Srebrenica crimes, that the bodies of Srebrenica residents that were found in the Glogova and Ravnice mass graves originated from the Agricultural Co-operative warehouse in Kravica, Bratunac municipality, where those people had been killed.

Testifying at the trial of four indictees, who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, a State Prosecution witness says that members of the Jahorina Police Training Centre participated in the capture of Bosniak men in July 1995.
Zeljko Sehovac said that he was member of a company commanded by indictee Nedjo Ikonic, adding that he was with them in the field in the vicinity of Konjevic polje, Bratunac municipality in July 1995.

Testifying at the trial for Srebrenica genocide, a State Prosecution witness says that he was in a line of men along with indictee Bozidar Kuvelja, when a group of between 80 and 100 Bosniak men were shot in front of a warehouse in Kravica in July 1995.

At the trial for crimes in Srebrenica the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposes to the State Court to order indictee Dragan Neskovic back to custody. He was released under prohibiting measures on September 14.

Instead of examining three protected Prosecution witnesses, the Trial Chamber postponed the continuation of the trial of Bozidar Kuvelja, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica, due to some dilemmas about
the protection measures.

Testifying at the trial of four indictees who are charged with genocide in Srebrenica, court expert Richard Butler says that the Srebrenica protected zone was not demilitarised, adding that the 28th Division of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH was a legitimate target.
