21. February 2012.
A witness for the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina claimed that indictee Zulfikar Alispago was not the commander of the Zulfikar Special Purposes Detachment at the time when, according to the indictment, the detachment’s members committed murders of civilians and prisoners of war in Trusina, in April 1993.


10. January 2012.
The State Prosecution and Defence of indictee Miralem Macic file a guilt admission agreement with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina concerning crimes in Bradina village, near Konjic, but the Court has returned the agreement for amendment, as one count was missing from it.

22. December 2011.
On request of the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the State Court remanded in custody Edin Dzeko, under suspicion of committing crimes in Trusina, municipality of Konjic, in 1993. According to the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Dzeko, former member of the Zulfikar Special Purposes Detachment with the High Command of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be held in custody for a month, until January 21, 2012.

26. October 2011.
Protected witness S2 says, at the trial for crimes in Bradina, Konjic municipality, that indictee Miralem Macic killed Drago Kuljanin in 1992. Witness S2 said that, while he was looking for his friend Vaso Vujicic on May 26, 1992, he met a column of civilian captives from Bradina.
