A witness for the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina claimed that indictee Zulfikar Alispago was not the commander of the Zulfikar Special Purposes Detachment at the time when, according to the indictment, the detachments members committed murders of civilians and prisoners of war in Trusina, in April 1993.

At the trial of six former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina charged with crimes in Trusina, a protected witness said that he saw indictees Dzevad Salcin and Nedzad Hodzic when part of the Special Purposes Detachment attacked the village in April 1993.

The State Prosecution and Defence of indictee Miralem Macic file a guilt admission agreement with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina concerning crimes in Bradina village, near Konjic, but the Court has returned the agreement for amendment, as one count was missing from it.

On request of the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the State Court remanded in custody Edin Dzeko, under suspicion of committing crimes in Trusina, municipality of Konjic, in 1993. According to the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Edin Dzeko, former member of the Zulfikar Special Purposes Detachment with the High Command of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be held in custody for a month, until January 21, 2012.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has requested from the State Court to remand in custody Edin Dzeko, under suspicion of committing crimes in the territory of the municipality of Konjic.

Testifying at the trial for Konjic crimes, a former guard in Celebici detention camp says that prisoners were abused, but he did not see indictee Eso Macic participating in this.

Testifying at the trial of the six former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a State Prosecution witness says that her husband and father were killed in Trusina village, Konjic municipality on April 16, 1993.

The trial of two former members of the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, who are charged with crimes against the civilian population in Capljina and Stolac, before the State Court is due to begin next week.

Protected witness S2 says, at the trial for crimes in Bradina, Konjic municipality, that indictee Miralem Macic killed Drago Kuljanin in 1992. Witness S2 said that, while he was looking for his friend Vaso Vujicic on May 26, 1992, he met a column of civilian captives from Bradina.
