The district court of Eastern Sarajevo ordered a new expert evaluation of the injured party at the trial of three defendants charged with crimes Rogatica. According to the charges, the injured party was wounded and his father was killed by the defendants.
Testifying for the cantonal prosecution of Zenica at the trial of Rajko Blagojevic, a witness said he saw an old man in pyjamas, housecoat and slippers leaning against a pine tree and groaning.
The presentation of evidence at the retrial of Vahid Hadrovic ended with closing statements at the cantonal court of Zenica. Hadrovic has been charged with crimes in Kakanj. The pronouncement of the verdict has been scheduled for March 16.

Testifying at the retrial of Samir Bejtic, a prosecution witness said a statement he gave about a killed civilian was untrue and given under coercion. Bejtic has been charged with crimes in Kazani near Sarajevo.
Defense witnesses testifying at the trial of Milenko Krsmanovic said injured party Muhidin Kapo was apprehended in the Sokolac police station for his own safety. The witnesses said the police protected him from local residents. Krsmanovic has been charged with crimes in the Sokolac area.
