The Bosnian court increased the sentences handed down to former Bosnian Army soldiers Muhamed Sisic, Tarik Sisic and Aziz Susa, who were convicted of involvement in the killings of 21 Serbs in the village of Kukavice in 1992. The third-instance chamber of the Bosnian state court on Friday sentenced Muhamed Sisic to ten years in prison and Tarik Sisic and Aziz Susa to eight years each for wartime crimes in the village of Kukavice in the Rogatica municipality in August 1992.

Bosnian court sentenced four former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina to a total of 29 years in prison for the killings of Serbs in the village of Kukavice in 1992. The Bosnian Court’s Appeals Chamber on Wednesday sentenced four former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina to a total of 29 years in prison for a 1992 attack on Kukavice that saw 21 Serb civilians killed and 39 wounded.

Former Bosnian Army serviceman Emir Drakovac was sentenced to 14 years in prison for participating in the murder and mutilation of a civilian and the torture of a Serb soldier in 1992. The state court in Sarajevo on Tuesday sentenced Emir Drakovac to a total of 14 years in prison for committing crimes including murder and torture in the village of Vratsalici in the Rogatica municipality and Zebina Suma in the Foca municipality in 1992.


23. February 2016.
A protected state prosecution witness said defendant Emir Drakovac tortured a captured member of the Bosnian Serb Army in Zebina Suma in the municipality of Foca during the Bosnian war. The witness testified at the trial of four former members of the Bosnian Army charged with crimes in the Rogatica and Foca area.
