At the trial of six former members of Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina charged with crimes against Croats in Konjic, a witness for the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina recalled that in April, 1993, he had seen clashes in the village of Trusina and learnt that civilians and members of the Croatian Defence Council were killed.

Testifying in Defence of indictees Besim Muderizovic and Ramiz Avdovic, witnesses deny the allegations that the indictees contacted them in order to influence witnesses, as specified in an official note made by the State Investigation and Protection Agency.

At the trial for crimes in the municipality of Srebrenik, a witness for the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina said that he did not know who beat him several times in the village of Rapatnica, where he was held in captivity in the summer of 1992. Witness Blazan Todic said that in mid-July 1992 he was taken to Rapatnica, where he was held captive for 16 days, adding that he was not active in the military.

At the trial of three defendants charged with crimes in Cajnice, a witness for the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina said that her husband was murdered in 1992 in the Hunting Lodge at Mostina.
