Trial chamber chair Zinaida Husic said that according to her findings, one of the witnesses had been informed about the hearing while the two others had not been properly invited to testify.
Ostojic, a former member of reserve police forces with a special unit within the Vlasenica public safety station, has been charged with participating in the assault of civilians in the Susica detention camp during the summer of 1992.
The trial will continue on February 8.
