Ranko Sevarika, a former reserve police officer, and Radomir Sevarika, a former Bosnian Serb soldier, have been charged with taking two Bosnian Croat soldiers from a detention camp to a post office building in Skender Vakuf in October 1992. According to the charges, the defendants took the two men away with the intention of killing them.

According to the charges, the two Bosnian Croat soldiers were taken to Borak near Kotor Varos, where they were abused by members of the Bosnian Serb Army.

“Members of the Bosnian Serb Army then killed one prisoner who started running to the woods, while Ranko Sevarike killed the other man who was on the ground,” the prosecution said.

The indictment was sent for confirmation to the Bosnian state court.
