Case: Sevarika Ranko and Radomir Archives

Former Bosnian Serb soldier Radomir Sevarika was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for participating in the beating and murder of Croat prisoners in Knezevo in October 1992. The District Court in Banja Luka on Friday found Sevarika guilty of seizing and beating the two prisoners, and then killing one of them.

The state court has transferred three cases involving crimes committed in the Skender Vakuf, Gorazde and Sanski Most areas to lower instance courts.

The Bosnian state court has confirmed an indictment against Ranko and Radomir Sevarika. The defendants have been charged with war crimes committed in the municipality of Skender Vakuf in 1992.

The state prosecution raised an indictment against Ranko and Radomir Sevarika for war crimes against prisoners of war in Kotor Varos.
