Six Indictees Plead not Guilty of Teslic Crimes
Six indictees, who are charged with murder of civilians on Mount Borje, Teslic municipality, in June 1992, appear before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, and plead not guilty.

Dragan Marjanovic, Sasa Gavranovic, Vitomir Devic, Zoran Sljuk, Dragomir Kezunovic and Dario Slavuljica pleaded not guilty to the indictment, charging them with crimes against humanity.
They are charged with having taken 28 Bosniak and Croat civilians to Mount Borje during the night on June 17/18, 1992, having taken the civilians out of the truck, ordered them to lie down facing the ground and killed all of the 28 victims by shooting at them on their heads from fire arms.
The victims were dumped into a pit, which, according to the charges, had been previously dug and prepared. The remains were found and identified after the war.
As announced by the Court of BiH, the indictees participated in the unlawful detention of Bosniak and Croat civilians in the premises of the Public Safety Station in Teslic, the Territorial Defence building and Pribinici military prison, where civilians were physically and mentally abused every day.
The indictment alleges that Dragan Marjanovic was Commander of the First Squad of military police with the Teslicka Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, while the other indictees were members of that Squad and, at the same time, members of a military part of the military-police formation known as “Mice”.
The six indictees were originally suspected together with seven other persons in a case called “Mice”. The case was transferred from the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia during the investigation phase.
