Delic, former member of the Fifth Corps of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, denied guilt for having hit a female person, while being accompanied by another soldier, with his rifle, fists and legs and raped her, knowing that a close relative of hers was a member of the National Defence of the Western Bosnia Autonomous Region, on August 7, 1995.
Although the indictee pleaded not guilty, the Defence announced that it would soon file a draft guilt admission agreement.
