Local Justice – Bihac: Safet Delic Pleads not Guilty
Safet Delic, known as Soja, appears before the Cantonal Court in Bihac and pleads not guilty to charges for crimes in the Velika Kladusa area in 1995.

Delic, former member of the Fifth Corps of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, denied guilt for having hit a female person, while being accompanied by another soldier, with his rifle, fists and legs and raped her, knowing that a close relative of hers was a member of the National Defence of the Western Bosnia Autonomous Region, on August 7, 1995.
Although the indictee pleaded not guilty, the Defence announced that it would soon file a draft guilt admission agreement.
