As it is confirmed in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, custody is extended after the confirmation of the indictment until the end of the trial, and subsequent control of the justification of this measure is scheduled for March 17, this year.
The indictment charges Mustafa Djelilovic, Fadil Covic, Mirsad Sabic, Nezir Kazic, Becir Hujic, Halid Covic, Serif Mesanovic and Nermin Kalember for crimes against civilians and prisoners of war in detention camp Silos and other facilities in the Hadzici area.
As it is stated in the indictment, they are charged with having participated, in the period from 1992 to 1996, in a systematic joint criminal enterprise within which they committed crimes against Serb civilians and prisoners of war.
The indictment further alleges that, in the mentioned period of time Mustafa Djelilovic was President of the Hadzici Municipal Assembly, President of the Crisis Committee, and President of the wartime Presidency of Hadzici municipality, Fadil Covic was Chief of the Public Safety Station in Hadzici and member of the Crisis Committee, while Mirsad Sabic was Commander of the Police Station in Pazaric.
Becir Hujic was Manager and Deputy Manager of Silos detention camp, just like Halid Covic. According to the indictment, Serif Mesanovic was one of the Deputy Managers of Silos and Manager of a detention camp in the warehouse of Krupa military barracks and Nermin Kalember was a guard in Silos.
According to the charges, the crimes were committed in Silos building in Tarcin, 9.maj school building in Pazaric and the warehouse of the Krupa military barracks in Zovik. M.T.
