Dubravko Campara, Prosecutor of the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, submitted to the Defence, the audio recording of the testimony of Joseph Kingori, former military observer of the United Nations (UN) as well as the findings of Svetlana Radovanovic, expert of demography, which are given before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The prosecutor is yet to submit to the Defence the audio presentation of the findings and opinion of expert Radovanovic, after which this evidence will be included in the court file.
Ivanovic, former member of the Second Special Police Squad of MUP RS from Sekovici, is charged with having participated in escorting a convoy of Srebrenica residents from Sandici village to the Agricultural Co-operative warehouse in Kravica, Bratunac municipality, knowing that they would be executed.
According to the charges, after having detained those people, Ivanovic and other members of the Second Squad stood in a semi-circle formation and started shooting at the prisoners who were held in the warehouse.
The indictment alleges that Ivanovic stepped out of the semi-circle formation of men, who were still shooting at the prisoners, and went behind the warehouse building with an intention to prevent the eventual escape of prisoners through the backside windows.
The presentation of evidence will be completed after the hearing of Richard Butler, former investigator of The Hague Tribunal. Prosecutor Campara said that Butler did not object to it, but that he is still waiting to get permission from the UN.
It was agreed that his hearing will be tried to be organised next Thursday, December 22 this year, when the continuation of the trial is scheduled.A.J.
