Testifying at the trial of Goran Saric for genocide in Srebrenica, a State Prosecution witness says that the Special Brigade of Republika Srpska, RS police guarded the road between Bratunac and Konjevic Polje in mid July 1995, because a breakthrough by Srebrenica residents was expected.

As announced by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Court has refused an indictment against Dobrica Vidovic and Miroslav Misic, under which the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina charged them with crimes against humanity in Srebrenica in July 1995.

The District Court in Bijeljina is due to pronounce a verdict against Dejan Radojkovic, who is charged with crimes in the Srebrenica area in July 1995, on Friday, January 24.

At the trial of Zeljko Ivanovic, who is charged with genocide in Srebrenica in July 1995, the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted last material evidence to the Defence, and it is just the hearing of Richard Butler, former investigator of The Hague Tribunal, that remains to be done before the presentation of closing addresses.
