Not far from Livno, the construction of a wind power plant is being completed, proudly announced as the first energy investment by Chinese concessionaires in Bosnia and Herzegovina. But the citizens on whose land it was built, with the blessing of the local authorities, claim that the meadows were turned into a construction site – without their consent. Now they have been waiting for court protection for more than a year.
