For months, the government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, led by Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, has been talking about the construction of a new hospital in Livno and the renovation of the Sarajevo University Clinical Centre through what it describes as a Chinese investment worth 100 million euros. However, Detektor has learned that a memorandum with the Chinese company Sinopharm has not yet been signed, while experts warn that the purported investment is in fact a loan arrangement that could pose serious risks to public finances.
