Over the past two years, BIRN Bosnia and Herzegovina has partnered with Transparency International to closely monitor corruption trials and disciplinary proceedings against judges and prosecutors in our country. Together, we also tested the openness of courts and prosecutors’ offices towards citizens and journalists. For the first time, all of this is now part of a unique judicial index. In this episode, we’ll give you an overview of the best and worst-rated courts and prosecutors’ offices, as well as explore the impact that years of unresolved proceedings have on citizens awaiting justice.
