Sisic Rape Trial Closed to the Public
The trial of Vladimir Sisic began at the district court of Doboj. Sisic, a former member of the Bosnian Serb Army, has been charged with the rape of a woman in Bosanski Samac.

As per a request by the district prosecution, the trial will be closed to the public in order to protect the victim.
According to the indictment, Sisic allegedly raped a non-Serb female civilian in the Samac memorial center, where members of the Bosnian Serb Army were accommodated, on two occasions from May to June 1992.
On January 28 Sisic plead not guilty.
