According to the charges, Vojic and Mesic, former members of the 501st Brigade of the Fifth Corps with the Army of BiH, who were accompanied by a few other people, forcibly took a Serb woman and men from their house at night on May 1/2, 1994. After that they raped the woman on a nearby meadow, while the man was guarded by an ABiH member.
The indictment was confirmed on December 22. The trial is due to begin in the coming period.
