Former Bosnian Army soldiers Adil Vojic and Bekir Mesic were sentenced to seven years in prison each for raping a woman in Bihac in the country’s north-west in May 1994.

A statement given by a deceased witness was read at the trial of Adil Vojic and Bekir Mesic, charged with war crimes in Bihac. In the statement, the witness said the injured party in the case told him she had been raped.
