Testimony under Full Protection
As the trial of Asim Kadic, who is charged with crimes in Visoko, before the Cantonal Court in Zenica continues, an injured party, whom, according to the charges, the indictee raped in June 1992, testifies as a vulnerable witness.

The indictee was removed from the courtroom and public excluded during the course of her testimony.
Psychological support was also provided to the witness.
The Court rendered such decision on the basis of an assessment by Emira Ejubovic, court expert in medicine, who determined that, facing the indictee would expose the injured party to stress and trauma.
The examination of Prosecution witnesses has been completed with this testimony.
