Predojevic is charged with having come in front of Osman Mehic’s house in Skucani Vakuf village, Sanski Most municipality, on August 25, 1992 and killed Mehic’s young son Semir Mehic, who was running towards a nearby forest out of fear.
Slavko Predojevic currently lives in Pancevo, Serbia, but he was examined as a suspect at the Higher Court in Belgrade prior to the filing of the indictment.
Adnan Tulic, spokesperson of the Cantonal Prosecution in Bihac, said that very good co-operation was established with judicial bodies in Serbia, adding that he hoped that Predojevic would be processed in Bihac.
