The state prosecution has filed an indictment against Mehmed Sadikovic for war crimes committed against prisoners of war in the Bugojno area in 1993.

At today’s hearing of a Srebrenik war crimes trial, the prosecution presented statements given by defendants Ekrem Ibracevic, Faruk Smajlovic and Sejdalija Covic during the investigation phase of the case. The defendants have been charged with war crimes in the Srebrenik area.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of five former members of the Bosnian Army said that defendant Samir Kreso told him that the Bosnian Army had taken over Bijelo Polje in the municipality of Mostar in June 1993. The witness said Kreso told him and others to hand over their weapons.

The defense teams of Veselko and Ivo Raguz, found guilty of war crimes in Capljina, presented their appeals at the Bosnian state court. The defense teams said the verdict was unlawful and called upon the court to acquit their clients.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of five former members of the Bosnian Army said she was taken somewhere in the Mostar area to rescue a wounded soldier during her detention in Bijelo Polje.

Statements given by a deceased witness named Branko Udovcic were read at the trial of Samir Sabic, Jadranko Saran and Zijad kadic, who’ve been charged with war crimes in the Bosanska Krupa area. In the statement, Udovcic said police officers beat detainees in Jasenica often.

Five prosecution witnesses testifying at the Mile Puljic trial described the death of detainees from the Heliodrom detention camp who were forced to work on Santiceva Street in Mostar in 1993.

A state prosecution witness testifying at the trial of Zdenko Andabak, Muamir Jasarevic and Sead Velagic said Serbs who were detained in the Ivan Goran Kovacic school building in Livno were beaten. The defendants have been charged with war crimes in Livno.

The presentation of evidence at the Gligor Begovic trial has been completed. The defense said it had no further evidence in response to further revisions to the indictment. Begovic has been charged with war crimes in Bijeljina.
2. November 2015.
A court medical expert testifying at the trial of Goran Vujovic, Miroslav Duka and Zeljko Ilic has determined that a witness named Munib Ovcina is incapable of testifying at their trial. The defendants have been charged with war crimes in the Bileca area.
