Sadikovic was the manager of a detention facility in Bugojno from the end of July to September 1993.

According to the charges, he allowed captured members of the Croatian Defense Council to be held in inhumane conditions. He also allegedly took detainees to the frontlines in Prusac in the municipality of Donji Vakuf and Gornji Vakuf to perform forced labour, as well as to Bugojna to conduct demining tasks.

The state prosecution alleges that two detainees were killed and several more were wounded while performing forced labour.

The indictment will be forwarded to the state court for confirmation.
