Following the presentation of closing statements by the Prosecution and Defence of Nusret Guso and Mirsad Suljagic, the Basic Court of Brcko District schedules the pronouncement of a verdict for Monday, July 15.

As the trial of Mirsad Suljagic and Nusret Guso continues, court medicine expert Nera Kravic-Prelic says that injured party Branko Radenkovic shows signs of extreme anxiety and personality tension accompanied by noticeable loss of identity.

At the trial of Nusret Guso and Mirsad Suljagic, who are charged with crimes against prisoners of war, Defence witness Fadil Zilic says that while examining prisoner Branko Radenkovic, indictee Guso “assaulted” him, but indictee Suljagic prevented him from doing it.

Testifying at the trial of Nusret Guso and Mirsad Suljagic before the Basic Court of Brcko District, Defence witnesses says that they occasionally guarded a building, where injured party Branko Radenkovic was accommodated during his stay in Maoca, Brcko municipality.

Former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ABiH Husejn Fazlovic and Mithat Becic confirm that they guarded injured party Branko Radenkovic during his detention in Maoca, Brcko municipality, adding that they did not notice any injuries on him and that nobody examined him.

The examination of Brcko District Prosecution witnesses at the trial of Nusret Guso and Mirsad Suljagic before the Brcko District Basic Court has been completed with the testimony by Dusan Dunjic, who says that he reviewed the documentation related to injuries caused to injured party Branko Radenkovic.

Testifying for the Brcko District Prosecution, witness Azra Muranovic speaks about the information she got about the capture of Branko Radenkovic as well as her visit to him during his detention in Maoca, Brcko municipality.

A Brcko District Prosecution witness in Nusret Guso and Mirsad Suljagic’s trial stated that he did not see “signs of any injuries” on Branko Radenkovic during his imprisonment in Maoca, in Brcko municipality.
