Testifying at the trial for crimes committed in Brcko, a Prosecution witness confirms that Branko Radenkovic, captured member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, had bruises and swelling on his face when he saw him in a detention unit in Maoca, Brcko municipality.

A former member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina testifies for the Prosecution at the trial of Nusret Guso and Mirsad Suljagic before the District Court of Brcko, and says prisoner Branko Radenkovic was "visibly scared" when he saw him in detention in 1994.

Testifying at the trial of Nusret Guso and Mirsad Suljagic, a Brcko District Prosecution witness says the first indictee probably hit a prisoner of war several times in August 1994.

A former member of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who testified as a Brcko District prosecution witness, said that after he was captured in August 1994, indictees Nusret Guso and Mirsad Suljagic examined and beat him up.
