The State Court has requested the issuance of a red Interpol warrant and an arrest warrant against Dusan Jankovic, former policeman from Prijedor, who was sentenced under a first instance verdict to 27 years in prison for his participation in crimes committed at Koricanske stijene.

Witness Velid Blazevic thanks indictee Milorad Skrbic for saving his life in 1992. Blazevic, testifying for Skrbic's Defence, told the Court he left Prijedor with a convoy of people escorted by Milorad Skrbic in the summer of 1992 but he did not specify the date.

An additional witness testifying in defence of Dusan Jankovic, who is charged with crimes committed at Koricanske stijene, says the indictee did not escort the civilians who were shot on Mount Vlasic on August 21, 1992. Vladimir Sobot, who was apprehended after having failed to respond to a court summons, said he was in a police vehicle escorting a convoy of civilians, adding that protected witness K2 and Miroslav Paras rode with him.

Additional witnesses testified today in defence of Dusan Jankovic, who is charged with crimes committed at Koricanske stijene, saying he did not escort the convoy of civilians who were shot on Mount Vlasic on August 21, 1992. Vukan Prodan and Ratko Radic, former members of the Public Safety Station in Prijedor, who testified as additional witnesses in defence of Dusan Jankovic, said they were at a checkpoint in Gornji Olovci village, Prijedor municipality, on August 21, 1992, when a convoy of civilians passed by them.

The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina has completed its presentation of evidence with the submission of DNA reports on 58 victims at the trial of five indictees charged with shootings at Koricanske stijene in August 1992. Following an expert analysis conducted by Ana Bilic, forensics expert with the International Commission for Missing Persons, ICMP, the Prosecution submitted 236 positive DNA tests pertaining to 58 individuals, thus completing the presentation of evidence.

Testifying for the Defence of the fourth indictee, a witness says that Dusan Jankovic was not present when the convoy of civilians departed from Tukovi, Prijedor municipality, on August 21, 1992. "I am saying that Dule Jankovic was not present in Tukovi.
