Following the completion of the Hague prosecutions opening statements, the presiding judge, Alphons Orie, announced that the start of the presentation of evidence at the trial of Ratko Mladic, originally scheduled for May 29, has been suspended until further notice.

The trial is about to start in the Hague of perhaps the most infamous character from the Bosnian war Ratko Mladic, the man charged with the slaughter of thousands of people in Srebrenica.
