Prosecution witness Dragomir Keserovic says at the trial of Ratko Mladic at The Hague that, in 1995 he did not get any pieces of information about the execution of Muslim captives from Srebrenica, although he was in Bratunac and its surroundings in mid-July in his capacity as Security Officer with the Main Headquarters of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS.

Former Security Officer with the Main Headquarters of the Republika Srpska Army Dragomir Keserovic says at the trial of Ratko Mladic that “the unnecessary deaths of members of the 28th Division of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, perhaps also civilians, who had joined the breakthrough” happened in the Srebrenica surroundings in July 1995.

Witness Gordan Milinic says at the trial of Radovan Karadzic at The Hague that “Srebrenica was a big setup” and a “prank”, because most of “the several thousands of Muslims” were killed in combat when they attempted to break through to Tuzla through the woods in July 1995.

With testimonies from witnesses for the defence Gordan Milinic and Dusan Kovacevic, former president of Republika Srpska Radovan Karadzic attempted to distance himself from the chief headquarters of the Bosnian Serb army and the mass murder of Srebrenica Bosniaks in July 1995.

Testifying at the trial of Ratko Mladic, former member of Republika Srpska special police Milenko Pepic confirms that his senior officer Rade Cuturic told him that Muslim captives from Srebrenica were being killed in an agricultural co-operative warehouse in Kravica village on July 13, 1995.
