State court appeals judge Tihomir Lukes said he stood by the decision issued by the appeals chamber in the case of Ramo Brkic, who was charged with drug trafficking and abuse of power. Lukes testified for the prosecution in the trial of state court judge Azra Miletic and co-defendant Ramo Brkic.

Testifying at the trial of Azra Miletic, a state court judge accused of corruption, state court judge Milos Babic said he didn’t notice her engaging in any unlawful actions or deviating from usual practices while working on a disputed case with her.

Prosecutor Oleg Cavka was the first prosecution witness to testify in the case of state court judge Azra Miletic, accused of accepting a bribe from co-defendants Ramo Brkic and Senad Sabic. Cavka described Miletic’s behavior and the decisions she made while performing her duties as a judge as “strange, surprising and unjust.”

The trial of state court judge Azra Miletic and defendant Ramo Brkic began with a reading of the indictment and the presentation of introductory statements at the state court. Miletic has been accused of accepting a bribe from Brkic and another defendant, Senad Sabic.
