Former Croatian Defence Council fighter Marijan Brnjic was found guilty of raping a Serb woman in the Odzak area in 1992 and sentenced to six years in prison.
The state court postponed the announcement of the verdict in the trial of Marijan Brnjic, Martin Barukcic, Pavo Glavas and Ilija Glavas. The defendants have been charged with war crimes in the Odzak area.
After a trial that’s lasted more than a year, the Bosnian state court will hand down a verdict in the case of Marijan Brnjic, Martin Barukcic, Pavo Glavas and Ilija Glavas on November 26, 2015. The defendants have been accused with wartime rape in the Odzak area.
